Muros

As you move round the bay in this beautiful part of Galicia the comparison with the west coasts of Ireland Wales or Scotland is really pronounced - huge granite outcrops pouring onto sandy beaches could be Blackwaterfoot on Arran or parts of Mull or Islay. They also make their sandbanks and slam fir trees in. Safe haven and shelter from the sun. I know nowt about people who live off the sea but it's fascinating all the gear they use. The waves are getting chillier so I expect a few surfers by Finisterre, if my bladder holds out. This bus ride wasn't nearly 3 hours in my head, it is on the roads though. Interestingly enough I took the first place I saw. 18euro for a single room. Job done, was one of the best I stayed in.
